01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the preman platform — whether through the official website at preman.onl, the Android or iOS mobile app, or any other channel designated by preman — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all related policies referenced herein.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and preman ("Platform", "We" or "Company"). Continued use of the platform after any amendments to the terms means you accept the updated terms.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use preman's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Be at least 18 years of age on the date of registration.
• Not subject to any local legal restrictions regarding participation in online gaming activities.
• Has never had a preman account previously terminated due to a terms violation.
• Registering in a personal capacity — not on behalf of another person, and not using a false or borrowed identity.
• Providing accurate, current, and complete information during the registration and KYC verification process.

Preman reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of platform use. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary restriction or account closure.

03 Account Management

As a preman account holder, you are fully responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials. This includes your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account.

• Do not share your password with anyone, including family members.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on public or shared devices.
• Report any suspicious activity or unauthorised access to the preman support team immediately.
• Update your personal information (address, phone number, email) in your account whenever changes occur.

Preman shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the stated account security measures. All activity occurring under your account is your responsibility unless there is clear evidence that the account was accessed without authorization.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Preman supports a variety of popular payment methods in Malaysia, including online banking and local e-wallets. All financial transactions on this platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposit Policy:

• The minimum deposit is as specified on the payments page and may vary depending on the selected payment method.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

• Each bonus has a wagering requirement that must be met before related winnings can be withdrawn.

06 Game Rules

07 Prohibited Conduct

Use of the preman platform is subject to a strict code of conduct. The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and/or legal action:

08 Intellectual Property

Users are not permitted to:

• Copying, distributing, republishing, or commercially exploiting any platform content without prior written authorization.
• Using preman brand names, logos, or visual identity in any context that could confuse or mislead the public.
• Creating derivative works based on platform content without specific prior authorization.

Limited use of preman content for personal, non-commercial purposes is permitted, provided it does not involve distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation.

09 Limitation of Liability

Preman provides its platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding continuity of service, accuracy of information, or the suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, preman is not liable for:

• Any loss of expected winnings or indirect losses arising from use of the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, third-party technical failures, or events beyond our control.
• Loss of account access resulting from the user's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
• Any action or decision made by a user based on information found on the platform.

10 Account Closure

There are two situations where a preman account may be closed — at the member's own request or at preman's initiative.

Closure at member's request:

• Members may request account closure at any time through our customer support channels.
• Prior to closure, any eligible fund balance will be returned to the payment method used.
• Accounts closed upon the member's own request cannot be reopened without a review by the preman team.

Closure initiated by preman:

• Preman reserves the right to close or suspend any account suspected of involvement in fraud, terms violations, or illegal activity.
• In cases of serious terms violations, the account balance may be fully forfeited.
• Preman will provide closure notice except in cases where doing so may compromise an ongoing investigation.

11 Terms Amendment

Preman reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform, unless a different effective date is specified.

For significant amendments, preman will endeavour to provide members with advance notice via registered email or in-platform notifications. However, it remains each member's responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically to ensure they are always aware of the latest version.

Continued use of the platform after amendments are published will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with any amendment, you have the right to close your account and discontinue use of the platform.
